In
the Name of God, the Most Gracious the Most Merciful
ذ |
|
|
|
1- |
O you who believe, do not put your ideas
ahead of God’s Commandments and His Messenger’s commands.
And be ever so conscious of God.
Surely God is Ever Hearing, All
Knowing. |
|
2- |
O you who believe, do not raise your voice
above the voice of the Prophet and do not speak loudly to him,
like you speak loudly to each other, so that your deeds do not
become fruitless without you even knowing it. |
|
3- |
Those who lower their voice in the presence
of God’s Messenger (Muhammad)
those are the ones, whose hearts God has tested for piety.
They will have forgiveness and good reward (from God). |
|
4- |
Certainly those who shout at you (Muhammad)
from outside the apartments cabins,
most of them do not use their reasoning. |
|
5- |
Whereas if they would just wait patiently
until you came out to them, it would be better for them.
Yet God is Ever Very Forgiving, Most Merciful. |
|
6- |
O you who believe, if a mischievous person
comes to you with a news, then investigate,
otherwise you may harm folks (by acting on that news) in
ignorance,
then you could become regretful for what you had done. |
|
7- |
Also know that he Messenger of God is there
amongst you.
If he were to obey you in much of the matters, you would surely
be in trouble,
but God put the love of the faith in you and made it precious in
your hearts
and made disbelief, mischief and disobediences appear ugly to
you.
Such persons are the rightly guided ones. |
|
8- |
That is a favor from God and a Blessing.
And
God is the Ever All Knowing, All Wise. |
|
9- |
And if two groups of believers start fighting
each other, then make peace among them both.
But then if one of the two parties tries to suppress the other,
then fight with the oppressor till it (the offending party) complies with the Command
of God.
Then if it complies, then make peace between them both with
justice and be fair.
Surely God loves fair people. |
|
10- |
The believers are in fact as brothers,
therefore make peace between your brothers
and be ever so conscious of God, so that you might receive His
Mercy. |
|
11- |
O you who believe, no group or race shall
ridicule or insult another one,
it may be that the latter are better than the former
and neither should women make fun of other women,
it may be that the latter are better than the former ones.
Nor should you defame or call names to each other.
So ugly it is to call names in mischief and insult after having
had faith.
And whoever does not repent, then such persons are indeed among
the wrong-doing oppressors. |
|
12- |
O you who believe, avoid much suspicion, as
indeed some suspicions are sin.
Also do not spy, nor backbite (speak ill of) one another.
Does anyone of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother?
(in God's Words, backbiting is as disgusting as eating the flesh
of a dead brother)
Surely, you would hate it (therefore avoid and have dislike for such behavior) and be ever
conscious of God.
Truly God is the One Who accepts often the repentance and is
Most Merciful. |
|
13- |
O mankind, We have created you from a male
and female and made you into nations and tribes,
so that you get to know each other.
In reality the most honorable of you in the View of God is the
one, who is most God-conscious and most pious.
Certainly God is All Knowing, All Aware (of your behavior and
everything else). |
|
14- |
The Bedouin Arabs said: “We believe”.
Say: “You have not believed yet, rather do say: “We have
surrendered (in Islam),
for faith has not yet entered your heart.
But if you obey God and His Messenger, He will not reduce
anything from rewards for your good deeds.
Indeed God is Very Forgiving, Most Merciful”. |
|
15- |
True believers are really those who have
believed in God and His Messenger,
and have no doubt thereafter
and strive with their wealth and their lives in the Way of God.
These are the truthful ones. |
|
16- |
Say: “Are you trying to inform God of your
faith, although God knows all that is in the heavens and in the
earth?
And God is All Aware of everything. |
|
17- |
They regard it as a favor to you that they
have embraced Islam.
Say: “Don’t consider your Islam as a favor to me.
But it is God Who has granted favor upon you, since He has guided you to the faith,
if you indeed have been truthful”. |
|
18- |
Truly God knows all the unseen aspects and
hidden realities of the heavens and the earth.
And God is
Ever Observant on what you do. |
18-
