The
Quraysh
- Chapter 106
| Contains 4 verses – Makka |
|
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ
الرَّحِيمِ |
|
|
In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful |
|
|
1- |
For the security and closeness of the Quraish
tribe, |
|
إِيلَافِهِمْ رِحْلَةَ الشِّتَاء وَالصَّيْفِ |
|
|
2- |
That is their closeness and security of the
trading caravans during the winter as well as in the summer,
(which We
provided for them), |
|
فَلْيَعْبُدُوا رَبَّ هَذَا الْبَيْتِ |
|
|
3- |
They should then (be grateful and) worship the
Lord of this House of Worship (in Mecca), |
|
الَّذِي
أَطْعَمَهُم مِّن جُوعٍ وَآمَنَهُم مِّنْ خَوْفٍ |
|
|
4- |
Who has fed them against hunger and made them
safe from fear of dangers. |
