The Abundance
- Chapter 108

|
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ
الرَّحِيمِ |
|
|
In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful |
|
|
إِنَّا
أَعْطَيْنَاكَ الْكَوْثَرَ |
|
|
1- |
(O Muhammad) We have indeed granted you an
abundance
(your faith, your being a Messenger of God, your good followers
and your good offspring, etc). |
|
فَصَلِّ
لِرَبِّكَ وَانْحَرْ |
|
|
2- |
Therefore turn in prayer to your Lord and (in
gratitude) make a sacrifice (to feed the needy) |
|
إِنَّ
شَانِئَكَ هُوَ الْأَبْتَرُ |
|
|
3- |
Indeed, your enemy is the one cut off [from
any future hope]. |
